As the number of adults continues to rise, staff need to be equipped with the skills needed to serve this population in order to maintaining and enhance any organizations mission.
To help staff understand and adapt to customer and clients’ changing needs, There’s Always Hope is offering a customized, hands-on staff training, where learners will have the opportunity to recognize what they are already doing well and learn new skills to do their jobs better. During this program there will be an empathy-building aging simulation activity. Participants will learn about what customer service qualities and strengths older adults appreciate, and explore specific ways to enhance service to the older adults they serve.
Prior participants have touted this program as a fun and engaging professional development activity, which has helped them enhance their ability to serve their community, while improving job satisfaction.
