MEMORY AND MENTAL FITNESS WORKSHOP
The Brain is like any muscle in the body, and the old saying “use or lose it” really does apply. This interactive workshop will help you take charge of your mental fitness and keep your mind agile. Learn how memory works and what factors affect how well our brain functions on a given day. There will be opportunities to flex your mental abilities in fun and creative ways.

LIFE REVIEW: EXPLORING YOUR FUTURE SELF
This class is about you, by you and for you. It's a chance to reflect on your past and present in order to create your future self. We will use a variety of enlightening and engaging methods to review your life with an orientation toward opportunity and potential. Through discussion, novel exercises and short readings, this course provides a unique, structured opportunity to examine themes that run through your life, seek answers to some of life's big questions, affirm what's good about your life, and explore your future self.
